No Discrimination: We have zero tolerance for discrimination based on gender, religion, ethnicity, or nationality.
Honest Communication: Engage in honest, clear, and fair communication with clients. Avoid misleading or false statements.

Originality: Ensure that all work delivered is original or you have the right to use it. Plagiarism and copyright infringement are strictly prohibited.
Customization: Tailor your work to meet the specific needs and requirements of each client.
Intellectual Property: Respect the intellectual property rights of others. Use only content that is legally permissible.

Platform Communication: All communications with clients must occur on Ally3D.
Contact Information: Sharing personal contact information in your profile or gig descriptions is not allowed.
Off-Platform Business: Encouraging clients to conduct transactions outside of Ally3D is forbidden and may lead to account termination.

Monitoring: We actively monitor activities on the platform to ensure compliance with our guidelines.
Violations: Non-compliance with these guidelines may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.

Avoid Underbidding: Setting unreasonably low prices to undercut competition is discouraged. Such practices can degrade the quality of work and unfairly disrupt market balance.
Sustainable Pricing: Set prices that reflect the quality, time, and effort required for your services. This ensures fair compensation and maintains market integrity.

Consistent and Clear Pricing: Set prices that accurately reflect the value of your services. Avoid setting low prices on basic tiers to unfairly influence search rankings, followed by significantly higher prices on advanced tiers or custom offers.
No Misleading Pricing Tactics: Be honest and clear about your pricing. Do not use tactics like underbidding or price hiking to mislead or exploit clients.
Price Transparency: All service costs, including any variations across different tiers or custom offers, should be clearly stated and justified based on the service scope.

Accurate Representation: Titles and descriptions should accurately reflect the services offered. Avoid sensational or misleading titles.
Clear Descriptions: Provide clear, concise, and truthful descriptions of your services. Misrepresenting capabilities, experience, or service outcomes is prohibited.

Prohibition of NSFW Content: Our platform strictly prohibits the posting, sharing, or selling of Not Safe For Work (NSFW) content. This includes any material that is sexually explicit or pornographic.
No Nudity: Content involving nudity, even if artistic or educational in nature, is not allowed. We prioritize maintaining a professional and safe environment for all users.
Reporting and Consequences: If you encounter or are asked to engage in creating NSFW content or nudity, please report it immediately to our support team. Violation of these policies will result in severe actions, including potential account suspension or termination.
