Keeping Our Marketplace Safe and Genuine

Integrity and Authenticity

• At Ally3D, we're committed to making our marketplace safe and reliable. Any attempts to misuse our platform's tools could lead to your account being permanently suspended.

One Account Per User

• You should only have one Ally3D account. This helps keep things clear and fair for everyone. Creating more than one account is against our rules and could result in account suspension.

What You Shouldn't Do:

• Don't create multiple accounts to get ahead of others or mislead them.
• Never use your information to make accounts for others or let others use your details.
• Don't create accounts for dishonest purposes like tricking other users, or committing fraud,
• Avoid trying to get around a previous account suspension or breaking our rules in other ways.

No Fake Identities

• Your Ally3D account must represent you honestly.
• Don't use fake names, photos, or details in your profile.
• Using AI to create or verify an account pretending to be someone else is not allowed.
• Impersonating others or misrepresenting your identity is against our rules.
• Do not use tools to fake your location or create profiles for others using your details.
• Accounts found with fake identities will be suspended.

Honest Representation

Misrepresentation

• Be truthful in your profile. Don't include misleading information about your skills, background, or education.
• Don't use images or videos in your service) that suggest false qualifications or ratings.
• Copying other users service descriptions or content is not allowed.
• You shouldn't change the price of your service unexpectedly or use misleading marketing tactics.
• If someone else is involved in your service, you need to clearly say who they are.
• Only use content that you have the right to share in your service and profile.

Appropriate and Respectful Behavior

Spam and Unwanted Messages

• Spam is any unwanted or disruptive message. Don't use Ally3D to send spam or harmful content.
• Do not use automated tools to send lots of messages.
• Keep your communication relevant to the user's services, requests, or orders.
• Don't use messages to promote your services or ask for free help or donations.

Feedback and Reviews

• Reviews on Ally3D should be honest and reflect the quality of services.
• Don't try to fake or manipulate reviews, either as a buyer or a seller.
• Avoid pressuring others to change or add reviews.
• Don't hold back services or information to get better reviews.
• Threatening to leave negative feedback to get extra services or changes is not allowed.

Reporting Issues Responsibly

Reporting Abuse

• We value a respectful and safe community on Ally3D. Use our reporting tools if you see something that violates our rules. Please don't misuse these tools by making baseless or repeated reports.
• We might take action against accounts that make invalid reports.

Fair Play on Our Platform

Manipulation

• We aim for a fair marketplace, so don't try to manipulate our platform.
• Avoid things like canceling orders too often or delivering incomplete work.
• Don't keep sending the same requests without waiting for a response.
• Unauthorized access to Ally3D, manipulating rankings, sending fake traffic, buying or selling accounts, data scraping, or harming our marketplace's security is strictly prohibited.

Illegal and Prohibited Services

What You Can't Do on Our Platform

Our platform offers a wide range of services, but there are some things we don't allow for safety and legal reasons.

Illegal Services

• Don’t offer or ask for anything illegal.
• If we find you breaking this rule, your account could be suspended permanently.
• If you see something wrong, please report it.
• We might report illegal activities to the authorities.

Prohibited Services

• Don’t offer services that could cause harm.
• Avoid anything that involves:
  • Content promoting violence or criminal behavior.
  • Creating or spreading fake news.
  • Offering professional services without proper qualifications.
  • Hacking or accessing private information illegally.
  • Any online security threats like malware or phishing.
• Breaking these rules can lead to account suspension.

Respecting Other Companies

• Don’t offer services that break another company’s rules.
• Make sure to check and follow the terms of service of other platforms.

Intellectual Property

• Don’t offer services that use someone else’s intellectual property without permission.

Avoid Misleading Services

• Don’t create or ask for:
  • Fake reviews.
  • Artificial online engagement like bot-generated likes or views.
  • Promises of financial or personal benefits that aren’t guaranteed.

Personal Information

• Don’t share other people’s personal info.
• This includes contact details, social security numbers, or credit card information.

Keeping Up with Digital Trends

• We update our service offerings regularly.
• Sometimes, we might stop offering certain services.
• If your service is discontinued, we’ll let you know, and it’s a chance to update your offerings to match current demands.

Prohibited Adult Content and Safety Measures

• Adult Content: Anything sexually explicit, like nude images or videos, is not allowed.
• Sexual Activity: We don't allow content that seeks sexual partners, sex chats, or explicit conversation.
• Inappropriate Material: This includes nonconsensual images or content involving minors.
• Violent or Offensive Content: Anything showing sexual violence, degradation, or explicit sexual activity is prohibited.

Actions We Take:

• Blocking and Banning: If we find explicit content, we'll block it and might ban those involved.

Hate Speech and Discrimination Policy

• Hate Speech: Any content that promotes violence or hatred against people based on characteristics like race, gender, religion, etc., is not permitted.
• Offensive Language: Using slurs, derogatory or threatening language against specific groups or individuals is prohibited.
• Glorifying Hate Groups: Supporting or glorifying hate groups and their ideologies is not allowed.

Actions We Take:

• Investigating Reports: We take reports of hate speech seriously and investigate them promptly.
• Consequences: Violating this policy can lead to actions against your account.

Guidelines on Harassment and Abusive Conduct

• Bullying and Harassment: Any form of bullying or harassment, including sexual advances and offensive comments, is prohibited.
• Discriminatory Behavior: Treating people unfairly based on their characteristics is not allowed.
• Inappropriate Communication: Asking personal questions, making sexual comments, or using offensive language is not acceptable.

Protecting Privacy:

• Confidentiality: Sharing personal data of others without consent is strictly forbidden.

Policy on Self-Harm and Suicide

• Glorifying Harmful Acts: Don't offer or ask for content that promotes self-harm or suicide.

• Seek Assistance: If you or someone else is struggling with these thoughts, please seek help immediately.

Avoiding Violence

What Not to Do:

• Don't threaten to hurt people or animals.
• Don't encourage others to harm individuals, groups, or animals.
• Don't share symbols or messages that support violence.
• Don't offer or request services that involve violence or illegal activities.

Dangerous Groups

We don't allow any support for dangerous organizations. This includes groups involved in terrorism, extremism, or hate. We'll remove content related to these groups and might suspend accounts that violate this rule.

What Not to Do:

• Don't promote or express support for violent or hateful groups.
• Don't offer or request services related to these groups.
• Don't share propaganda or conspiracy theories from these groups.

Handling Misinformation

We're committed to stopping the spread of false information. Accounts that spread misinformation, especially if it's done deliberately, will be suspended.

What Not to Do:

• Don't use AI tools to generate misleading content.

Protecting Intellectual Property

We don't allow services that break IP laws. This includes:

• Copying or sharing copyrighted material without permission.
• Offering or using hacked or pirated software.
• Removing watermarks or copyright marks without permission.

If you break these rules, we may suspend your account and revoke any unpaid earnings.

Use of Content for Advertising

Ally3D reserves the right to use images, products, and services listed on our platform for promotional and advertising purposes. This includes showcasing your work in marketing materials, social media, and other advertising channels.

Note: We will always seek your permission before using your content for such purposes.

Originality

We value originality, If you're selling these services, your work must be your own. Here’s what you should and shouldn't do:

Do:

• Create and sell your original designs
• If using existing elements, make sure your final design is unique.
• Use stock images or templates legally and transform them into something new.

Don't:

• Claim others' work as your own.
• Deliver work that's not original or that has been published elsewhere.
• Rely heavily on templates without adding your own unique touch.

Note: If you use other sellers' work, it should be with their permission and as a part of your own unique creation. Simply reselling others' work as your own, especially to make a profit from price differences, is not allowed.

Ally3D AI Usage Policy

Generative AI (Not Allowed)

Prohibited AI-Generated Content:

• Visual Content Creation: The use of AI to generate or enhance visual content like trailers, gallery images, thumbnails, is strictly prohibited at Ally3D. All visual elements must truthfully represent the actual service without AI modification.
• 3D Model Services: The creation of 3D model services using AI is not permitted.
• User Data: User data is not used for AI model training or shared with third parties.

Tool-Assisted AI (Allowed)

Support for Utility-Based AI Services:

• AI in Workflow Enhancement: While generative AI is not allowed, Ally3D recognizes the importance of AI tools that assist in the creative process. These should aid, not replace, the artist's creative process.

At Ally3D, we closely monitor services on our platform. If any service fails to meet our standards, it may be removed.

3D Model Sales Policies

Intellectual Property and Ownership

• Originality: All 3D models uploaded for sale on Ally3D must be the original creation of the seller or properly licensed for resale. Selling unlicensed, copied, or stolen models is strictly prohibited.
• Copyright Infringement: Models that infringe on another party’s intellectual property rights will be removed immediately. This includes unauthorized replicas of copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks. Sellers found in violation may have their accounts suspended and earnings revoked.
• Use of Assets: When selling 3D models, clearly state the usage rights (e.g., personal use, commercial use) to ensure buyers understand the permitted use of the asset.

Platform Rights

• Removal of 3D Assets: Ally3D reserves the right to remove any 3D models from the marketplace that violate our policies, including copyright infringement, misleading representations, or inappropriate content. Models may be removed at our discretion without prior notice.
• Reporting Infringement: If you suspect a 3D model violates copyright laws or our policies, please report it. We will investigate and may take action, including removal of the asset and suspension of the seller’s account.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information about a 3D model's features, quality, or compatibility is prohibited. Models found to be misrepresented may be taken down and the seller penalized.

Policy Enforcement

Adherence and Review:

• Mandatory Compliance: All users at Ally3D must adhere to this policy. Non-compliance could lead to service removal and potential account penalties, which may include revoking unpaid earnings.

• Policy Updates: We reserve the right to update this policy as necessary.
