Dispute Management Overview

At Ally3D, we understand that disputes and cancellations can happen. Our goal is to make resolving these issues straightforward and fair for both buyers and creators. Remember, cancellation is a last resort as it affects both parties.


When Cancellations Occur

Cancellations typically happen under the following circumstances:

  1. Project Mismatch: If the project requirements and the creator's skills or resources don't align.
  2. Unforeseen Circumstances: Such as emergencies or unexpected events impacting either the buyer or the creator.
  3. Delayed Delivery: If the creator is unable to meet the agreed-upon delivery time.

Steps to Cancel an Order

  • Cancellation by Sellers

Cancel Order Button: Sellers can initiate a cancellation by clicking the 'Cancel Order' button available on the order page.

Reason for Cancellation: It's important for sellers to provide a valid reason for the cancellation to maintain transparency.

  • Cancellation by Buyers

Contacting Support: Buyers must reach out to Ally3D's Customer Support to initiate a cancellation.

Reason for Cancellation: Buyers should provide a clear reason for the cancellation request.


Guidelines for Granting Refunds

Refunds are an essential aspect of our cancellation policy, and we handle them with the utmost care:

Opportunity for Resolution: Before a refund is granted, sellers must be given a reasonable opportunity to deliver a satisfactory result. This ensures fairness and respect for the seller's effort and time.

Refund Process: Upon a successful cancellation, the transaction amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Processing Time for Refunds

Credit Cards: Processing time can take 5-7 business days, depending on the card issuer.


Dispute Resolution Process

In cases where an unresolvable dispute occurs, Ally3D support will attempt to negotiate an amicable solution. If no solution is found, Ally3D support will review the order information, including order requirements, messages, details, delivered files, etc. After review, support will make a decision in favor of the party deemed deserving based on the evidence presented.

  • If in Favor of Buyer: The order will be canceled and refunded.
  • If in Favor of Seller: The order will be approved, and the transaction amount will be granted to the seller.
