Asset Licenses

License Guide

To ensure that you understand the terms and conditions associated with the use of our models, we’ve outlined the different types of licenses available. Please read through each license type carefully to determine which one suits your needs.

Personal License:

A Personal License grants you the right to use the assets for personal and small-scale commercial purposes. This license is ideal for hobbyists, students, indie developers, or anyone looking to use 3D assets for private or early-stage projects.

Allowed Uses:

  • Non-Commercial Projects: You can use the assets in personal projects, such as home renders, personal portfolios, or educational purposes.
  • Game Projects Earning Under $100K: You may use the asset in games or interactive media as long as the total revenue from the project remains below $100,000. This includes prototypes, game jams, early access, and other small-scale releases.

Restrictions:

  • Revenue Cap: If your project earns $100,000 or more, you must upgrade to a Commercial License.
  • No Resale/Distribution: You may not distribute, share, or sell the asset on its own, either in its original form or modified.

Commercial License:

A Commercial License allows you to use the assets for larger-scale commercial purposes. This license is suitable for businesses, developers, and professionals incorporating assets into commercial products or services.

Allowed Uses:

  • Commercial Projects: You can use the assets in commercial projects, such as games, films, advertisements, virtual reality experiences, product visualizations, etc. — with no revenue limit.

Restrictions:

  • No Resale/Distribution: You may not distribute, share, or sell the asset on its own, either in its original form or modified.
