Ally3D Platform Guidelines
Our Promise
Ally3D is a marketplace built on trust. Misusing our tools or breaking these rules can lead to removal of services, account suspension, and—when applicable—loss of unpaid earnings.
1) Accounts & Identity
One account per person.
Creating extra accounts, sharing accounts, or trying to return after a ban isn’t allowed.
Be yourself.
Use only your real name and accurate details.
2) Honest Representation
Be Honest
List accurate skills, background, education, and pricing. Don’t imply ratings, certifications, or results you don’t have.
Respect rights.
Only upload text, images, video, and models you own or have permission to use.
3) Communication & Conduct
No spam.
Don’t mass-message, or promote irrelevant services. Keep messages tied to services, requests, orders, or assets. Don’t solicit donations or free labor.
Be professional.
No harassment, bullying, slurs, or discriminatory behavior. Keep conversation appropriate.
4) Reviews & Feedback
Reviews must reflect real experiences.
No buying, selling, swapping, or coordinating fake reviews.
5) Reporting & Fair Play
Don’t game the system.
No fake traffic, ranking manipulation, scraping, account trading, or security tampering.
6) Illegal & Prohibited Services
Illegal = not allowed.
We may report unlawful activity to authorities.
Harmful or risky services are prohibited, including:
- Violence, criminal activity, or instructions to commit crimes
- Hacking, unlawful access, malware, phishing, or security exploits
- Unlicensed professional services
- IP violations (copyrights, trademarks, logos, replicas)
- Fake engagement (fake reviews)
7) Safety & Sensitive Content
Adult sexual content is prohibited.
No explicit imagery, sexual services, sexual chats, or solicitation.
8) Intellectual Property
Respect copyrights and licenses.
Don’t upload or sell pirated software, stolen assets, or content with watermarks removed. Violations may lead to removal, suspension, and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
9) Ally3D & AI
Generative AI (Not Allowed)
Prohibited AI-Generated Content:
- Visual Content Creation: The use of AI to generate or enhance visual content like trailers, gallery images, thumbnails, is strictly prohibited at Ally3D. All visual elements must truthfully represent the actual service without AI modification.
- 3D Model Services: The creation of 3D model services using AI is not permitted.
- User Data: User data is not used for AI model training or shared with third parties.
Tool-Assisted AI (Allowed)
Support for Utility-Based AI Services:
- AI in Workflow Enhancement: While generative AI is not allowed, Ally3D recognizes the importance of AI tools that assist in the creative process. These should aid, not replace, the artist's creative process.
At Ally3D, we closely monitor services on our platform. If any service fails to meet our standards, it may be removed.
10) 3D Model Sales
Intellectual Property and Ownership
- Originality: All 3D models uploaded for sale on Ally3D must be the original creation of the seller or properly licensed for resale.
- Copyright Infringement: Models that infringe on another party’s intellectual property rights will be removed immediately. This includes unauthorized replicas of copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks. Sellers found in violation may have their accounts suspended and earnings revoked.
Platform Rights
- Removal of 3D Assets: Ally3D reserves the right to remove any 3D models from the marketplace that violate our policies, including copyright infringement, misleading representations, or inappropriate content. Models may be removed at our discretion without prior notice.
- Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information about a 3D model's features, quality, or compatibility is prohibited. Models found to be misrepresented may be taken down and the seller penalized.
11) Platform Rights & Promotion
We may remove services or models that violate policies or fail quality standards.
We may showcase your work in Ally3D marketing with your permission.
12) Enforcement & Updates
Compliance is mandatory.
Violations can lead to service removal, account suspension, and forfeiture of unpaid earnings.
Policies evolve.
We may update this policy; we’ll notify you about material changes that affect your listings.
