Finding Your Orders
After you've placed an order, you can view it under the "My Orders" section. Click on any order to see its full details.
Understanding Order Details
In the order details, you'll see everything you need to know:
Activity: Tracks the ongoing status or updates of an order
Messages: View and send messages related to your order.
Files: Access any files that have been exchanged.
Details: This contains your transaction and order information.
Time Left: Check how much time is remaining for the order to be completed.
Handling Order Delays
If an artist needs more time to complete your order due to unforeseen issues, they may ask for an extension. You have the choice to:
Accept: Agree to give them more time, and the order deadline will be extended.
Decline: Keep the original deadline. Be aware that the artist might cancel the order if they can't deliver on time.
Managing Completed Orders
When your order is delivered:
Review: Check the work thoroughly to ensure it meets your expectations.
Accept: If you're happy, confirm the order by clicking "accept order." Remember, this step is final – accepted orders are not eligible for refunds, and any further revisions will be at the artist's discretion.
Reject: If you are dissatisfied with the delivery, you have the option to reject the order and request the artist to try again
Note: If an order is neither accepted nor rejected within 72 hours of delivery, the order will automatically be completed.
Leaving a Review
You can rate the artist and share your experience after finalizing the order. Your honest feedback helps others and contributes to the community's trust.

Q. What if my order is overdue or the artist is unresponsive?
A. If the artist doesn't complete the order on time or doesn't communicate, you can request a cancellation and get a full refund.
