Commission Fees
This guide will help you understand the commission fees associated with our platform. We have two main types of transactions: Services and Assets. Each type has its own commission structure, detailed below.
Commission Fees for Services
When you provide services through our marketplace, a commission fee of 20% will be applied to the total service amount.
Commission Fees for Assets
When you sell assets on our marketplace, a commission fee of 20% will be applied to the total transaction amount. Additionally, Stripe payment processing fees of 2.9% + 30¢ per asset sale will apply.

Payouts
This section explains how and when you'll receive payouts from our platform.
Payouts for Services
Funds from services are transferred immediately to your connected Stripe balance once the order is approved, either by the customer or by the Ally3D team, if required.
Please note that Stripe processing times vary, and funds may take a few days to become available.
Payouts for Assets
Funds from asset sales are transferred 7 days after the purchase date. This waiting period is to cover potential refunds. You can review our refund policy here.
